§ 52.99 PENALTIES.
   (A)   Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter except § 52.14 shall be served by the village with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations. The village may revoke any permit for sewage disposal as a result of any violation of any provision of this chapter.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation that violates any of the provisions of this title, or chapter, unless otherwise specified, shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each offense.
   (C)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the village by reason of such violation.
   (D)   Industrial and commercial users will pay fees relevant to acceptance of flows difficult to stabilize through the processes employed for the treatment of wastewater.
