The President of the Village Board of Trustees shall publish notice of the proclamation proclaiming that a water emergency exists within the village by causing a copy of the proclamation declaring the water emergency to be posted at the Village Hall and such other locations as may be necessary or desirable and by other means as the President shall deem appropriate.
