Pursuant to ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5 § 3.1-10-45, the Treasurer is hereby authorized to designate a subordinate to serve as Deputy Treasurer. Said Deputy Treasurer shall have all the powers and authority granted by state statute or this village code to the Treasurer. Said designation shall be made by way of letter, addressed to the President and Board of Trustees with a copy to the Village Administrator.
