(A) All water taken from the water mains of the village shall be metered through meters installed and maintained in accordance with the provisions of § 50.20.
(B) Metering of all new construction will require use from a public hydrant to be metered, except for emergency use.
(C) Metering of existing non-metered services will be required as part of any major remodeling.
