§ 90.62 EXEMPTIONS.

The restrictions on retailers set forth in § 90.61 shall not apply to any Humane Society or Rescue Organization as defined above, or to any veterinary hospital or clinic licensed pursuant to the Veterinary Medicine and Surgery Practice Act of 2004, codified at ILCS Ch. 225, Act 115 et seq., nor to the village's operation of its animal control facility.
