(A) Any violation of the requirements set forth in § 90.297 is subject to a $250 fine, and each day that such violation shall occur or continue shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Any nuisance animal which is off its owner's premises and not controlled by a leash of no more than six feet shall be impounded by the law enforcement authority having jurisdiction in such area.
