§ 42A.16 REPRESENTATION AT CODE HEARINGS.
   The case for the village may be presented by an attorney designated by the village or by any other village employee. In no event, however, may the case for the village by presented by an employee of the Code Hearing Department. The case for the violator may be presented by the violator or the violator’s attorney. If the violator is a corporation or legal entity, it shall appear through its attorney. Attorneys representing violators in administrative hearings under this chapter shall file a written appearance on a form provided for such purpose.
