§ 42A.06 COMPOSITION OF CODE HEARING DEPARTMENT.

(A) The Code Hearing Department shall consist of one or more Hearing Officers, and one or more Hearing Clerks, as deemed necessary by the village from time to time.

(B) The Village President is hereby authorized to appoint all Hearing Officers of the village. The Village Chief of Police shall be authorized to designate one or more Police Department personnel to serve as Hearing Clerks.
