To accomplish the foregoing purpose, the village hereby adopts Division 2.1 of the Illinois Municipal Code, ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 1-2.1-1 et seq., in its current form and as it may be amended from time to time for adjudication of village ordinance violations and the conduct of hearings to review administrative actions taken by the village.
