§ 31.29 ANNUAL TAX LEVY ORDINANCE TO BE FILED WITH COUNTY CLERK.
   On or before the second Tuesday of September of each year, the Village Clerk shall file in the office of the County Clerk of Will County, Illinois, a certified copy of the annual tax levy ordinance.
