§ 31.15 CONFLICT OF INTERESTS.

The Village Manager shall not be interested directly or indirectly in any contract, work, or business of the village, or in the sale of any article to the village, or in the purchase of any property belonging to the village, or sold for taxes or assessments or sold by virtue or legal processes in the suit of the village.
