§ 40.10 ADOPTION OF ILLINOIS CLEAN INDOORS AIR ACT.
   It is hereby ordained by the President and the Board of Trustees of the village that Public Act 86-1018, "Illinois Clean Indoor Air Act," is herewith adopted in its entirety by the village.
