§ 40.02 GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE.

A grievance procedure shall be implemented by the village and a grievance panel of seven members shall be selected for review and resolution of any grievance filed with the Program Coordinator, as provided in Section 504 of the "Federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973." A copy of the grievance procedure is on file with the Village Clerk.
