§ 150.14 ADOPTION OF THE ILLINOIS ACCESSIBILITY CODE.
   There is adopted by the village for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for public safety as it pertains to establishing rules and regulations for accessibility to all buildings, premises, sites and appurtenances, an accessibility code known as the Illinois Accessibility Code as codified at 71 Ill. Adm. Code 400 et seq., as the same is amended from time to time by the State of Illinois, of which not less than one copy has been filed with and shall remain in the Office of the Village Clerk. The code is adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein. From the date on which this section shall take effect, the provisions thereof shall be controlling the construction of all buildings and other structures therein the corporate limits of the village.
