There is hereby adopted by the village for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the construction, alteration, movement, repair, maintenance and use of any building, structure or premises, including permits and penalties, a building code known as the 2015 International Wildland-Urban Interface Code with all subsequent amendments, and all its referenced standards, one copy, of which has been and now is filed in the office of the Village Clerk. The code is adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein. From the date on which this section effect, the provisions thereof shall be controlling in the construction of all buildings and structures therein contained within the corporate limits of the Village of Romeoville.
(A) Section 106.1 is are deleted and the following text added. The Appeals Board shall consist of the Village Manager, Director of Community Development and the Fire Chief or their designee.
