Valves controlling fire sprinkler systems shall be supervised open by the following:
(A) Chained and locked in open position; keys for the locks shall be provided to the Fire Department to be placed in the rapid entry key box.
(B) A local audible alarm at the fire alarm control panel, and annunciators (if equipped) with transmission of a trouble signal to Fire Department dispatch center.
(C) Sprinkler risers and banks located in open areas shall be protected from damage to include possible collision with vehicles.
