The Fire Chief, Fire Marshal, Deputy Fire Marshal or any fire inspector as a member of the Fire Prevention Bureau may, at all reasonable hours, enter any building or premises within his or her jurisdiction for the purpose of making any inspection or investigation which, under the provisions of this subchapter, he or she may deem necessary to be made.
