§ 91.19 INSPECTION REQUIREMENT FOR DANGEROUS, EXPLOSIVE MATERIALS.
   Before licenses may be issued by the village for the keeping, storage, use, manufacture, sale, handling, transportation, or other disposition of highly flammable materials and rubbish, crude petroleum or any of its products, gun or blasting powder, dynamite, or explosives of any kind, including fireworks, fire crackers, and signaling explosives, the Fire Chief, the Fire Marshal, or the Deputy Fire Marshal shall inspect and approve the receptacles, vehicles, property, buildings, or storage places to be used for these purposes. None of the materials or substances set forth in this section shall be stored, kept, used, manufactured, sold, handled, transported or otherwise disposed of without the aforementioned inspection and approval and the issuance of a license, except that the Fire Chief or an authorized officer of the Fire Prevention Bureau may accept in lieu thereof a license, permit or other approval from a federal, state or county authority having jurisdiction thereof.
