(A) All outside organizations requesting village equipment for their use must fill out the village equipment rental form at the Recreation Department. Only items on the form will be available for use.
(B) All organizations will pay the fees and/or penalties as stated on the village equipment rental form for any equipment they request.
(C) All requests will be taken subject to availability.
(D) Any costs for repair of damages incurred after installment and prior to return of the equipment is the responsibility of the renting organization.
(E) Any cost incurred for restoration or repairs to the area of installation will be the responsibility of the renting organization.
