(A) The voluntary retirement plan for regular full-time employees, attached to Resolution No. 10-1230, passed February 24, 2010, is hereby adopted.
(B) The Village Administrator and Finance Director are directed to implement the voluntary retirement plan for regular full-time employees. Furthermore, the Village Administrator and Finance Director are also authorized to make, with the concurrence of the Mayor, minor technical modifications to the plan if needed to facilitate implementation of the plan.
