§ 37.11 VILLAGE PRESIDENT AUTHORIZED TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT.

The Village President is authorized and directed to execute an agreement with the Social Security Unit of the State Employees' Retirement System of Illinois to secure coverage of eligible employees as provided in § 37.10.
