§ 10.99 GENERAL PENALTY.
   Where an act or omission is prohibited or declared unlawful in this code of ordinances, and no penalty of fine or imprisonment is otherwise provided, the offender is guilty of a petty offense, and shall be punished by a fine of no less than $50 and not more than $750. Each day any violation of any of the provisions of this code or of any ordinance continues shall constitute a separate offense.
