(A) A file of materials and decisions relating to each case shall be kept by the Community Development Department as part of the records of the Zoning Board of Appeals as set forth by the laws of the state.
(B) The Community Development Department, under the discretion and supervision of the Chair, shall maintain all books, papers, and records of the Zoning Board of Appeals and shall attend to all correspondence of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
(C) All records of the Zoning Board of Appeals shall be of public record.
