(A) The Zoning Board of Appeals shall conduct its deliberations and vote on all matters in public session at the meting in which evidence is concluded unless the Zoning Board of Appeals considers additional time for deliberation necessary.
(B) All decisions of the Zoning Board of Appeals shall be made at a public meeting by motion made and seconded, and by the Recording Secretary polling the membership by a roll call vote. The Community Development Department shall prepare a Zoning Board of Appeals report for submission to the Village Board which states the findings of fact upon which the decision was based.
(C) Notice of the recommendation of the Zoning Board of Appeals shall be given to the applicant and other interested parties as soon as possible after the decision is reached.
