§ 35.173 ORDER OF BUSINESS.

   (A)   The order of the business at regular meetings of the Zoning Board of Appeals shall be:

      (1)   Call to order;

      (2)   Roll call;

      (3)   Approval of agenda;

      (4)   Approval of minutes;

      (5)   Public hearings;

      (6)   New business;

      (7)   Old business;

      (8)   Citizens to be heard;

      (9)   Chair's report;

      (10)   Zoning Board members's reports;

      (11)   Village Board liaison report;

      (12)   Community Development Department report; and

      (13)   Adjournment.

   (B)   The order of business at special meetings of the Zoning Board of Appeals shall be as designated by the Chair.
