(A) In order to provide continuity of thought and action, it shall be a requirement of all members to attend all meetings, both regular and special, of this Zoning Board of Appeals.
(B) Any member unable to attend a regular or special meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals shall notify the Chair or Director of Community Development of the village of such inability in advance of such meeting.
(C) Any member who shall have three unexcused absences from any four consecutive Zoning Board of Appeals meetings shall be automatically disqualified and removed from office.
(D) The Chair shall submit the names of any and all members covered by the provisions of division (C) above to the Village President for disposition. The Chair shall request immediate action by the President on the removal of said members and the appointment of new members so as to insure a full Zoning Board of Appeals by the next regular Zoning Board of Appeals meeting.
