(A) In order to provide continuity of thought and action, it shall be a requirement of all members to attend all meetings, both regular and special, of this Commission.
(B) Any member unable to attend a regular or special meeting of the Commission shall notify the Chair or Director of Community Development of the Village of such inability in advance of such meeting.
