§ 35.42 TERM OF OFFICE.

Of the seven members, four shall serve for a period of two years, three for a period of one year. Thereafter, such members shall serve for a period of two years. Vacancies shall be filled by appointment by the Village President with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees for the balance of unexpired terms only.
