§ 34.17 SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM.
   (A)   The scholarship program is established for youth programs and youth athletic leagues only.
   (B)   All applicants must fill out the proper form to be eligible.
   (C)   All guidelines will be adhered to as specified in the Recreation Department Scholarship Program.
