   (A)   The following positions require a Class "C" water license:
      (1)   Director Public Works
      (2)   Superintendent of Public Work Operations
      (3)   Foreman - Utility Division
   (B)   The following position requires a Class "2" sewage treatment license:
      (1)   Superintendent - Sewage Treatment Division
