§ 34.03 DIVISIONS WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT.
   The Public Works Department shall consist of the following Divisions:
   (A)   Administrative Division;
   (B)   Street Division;
   (C)   Utility Division;
   (D)   Sewer Treatment Division;
   (E)   Building and Grounds Division.
