§ 34.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

There is created a Department of Public Works, an administrative department of the village. This Department shall consist of the Director of Public Works and such other inspectors, assistants, and employees as the President and Board of Trustees may from time to time provide by ordinance or resolution.
