§ 33.29 FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS.

The financial accounts of the police auxiliary unit, shall be subject to audit May 1 of each fiscal year. Any such audit shall be made by the Village Treasurer or other accountant or auditor appointed by the President and Board of Trustees for this purpose. The fiscal officer of the police auxiliary unit shall present all records and books of account of the police auxiliary unit for audit when requested so to do by the Board of Trustees.
