§ 33.28 OFFICERS; ELECTION AND TERMS.

The officers of the police auxiliary unit shall consist of a lieutenant, three sergeants, and such other officers as shall be provided for in the bylaws, who shall be appointed from the nonprobationary membership of the police auxiliary unit by the Chief of Police.
