The Village Clerk shall keep on file in his office three copies of a document designated Standard Specifications for Facilities for the Handicapped or such other work in this area as may be published from time to time by the State of Illinois. The standards provided for in the document are adopted as the minimum requirements for facilities for handicapped persons in public buildings and public accommodations for the village and by reference are made a part of this chapter.
