§ 152.03 APPROVAL OF POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITIES.
   No site location approval for the development or construction of a new PCF in the village may be granted by the Village Board unless an application in conformance with Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof is filed for approval of such site and is submitted for consideration to the Village Board.
