§ 133.11 SOLICITING A PROSTITUTE.
   (A)   Any person who offers a person who is not his or her spouse money, property, token, object, or anything of value for that person or any other person not his or her spouse to perform any act of sexual penetration as defined in ILCS Ch. 720, Act 5, § 12-12, or any touching or fondling of the sex organs of one person by another person for the purpose of sexual arousal or gratification is guilty of soliciting a prostitute.
   (B)   A person cannot be convicted under this section if the practice of prostitution underlying the offense consists exclusively of the accused's own acts of prostitution under § 133.10.
