This chapter shall not apply to other units of government, hospitals, nursing homes, sanitaria, or persons holding an unrevoked certificate or license to practice any branch of the healing arts under the laws of this state or persons working under the direction of any such persons or in any such establishments; nor shall this chapter apply to barbers or cosmetologists lawfully carrying out their particular profession or business and holding a valid, unrevoked license or certificate of registration issued by the state; nor shall this chapter apply to "out-call massage" of fully clothed patrons.
