(A) Each person desiring a village Public Passenger Vehicle Chauffeur's License shall file an application with the Village Clerk on forms provided by the Village.
(B) At the time the application is completed the applicant shall pay to the Village a non-refundable fee of $20 for processing the application. Licenses and fees shall be pro-rated more than one year when the license is applied for during the last quarter of the license year.
(C) The applicant must not be less than 18 years of age.
(D) Upon filing of the application, four photographs of the applicant shall be made.
