§ 127.20 PUBLIC PASSENGER VEHICLE CHAUFFEUR'S LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful to operate a public passenger vehicle for hire within the corporate limits of the village unless the village is licensed and operated under the term and provisions of this chapter.
