§ 127.13 LICENSE FEES IN ADDITION TO OTHER FEES.
   Public passenger vehicle license fees shall be in addition to all other State and Village vehicle fees and also such compensation as may be required to be paid for the use of public ways of the Village by any ordinance granting authority to operate any public passenger vehicle upon such public ways.
