§ 125.04 INSPECTIONS REQUIRED.
   (A)   The sponsor of the circus or carnival must show proof of inspection and approval of all good concession areas by the County Health Department.
   (B)   The sponsor of the circus or carnival must show proof of inspection and approval of all carnival rides. Electrical systems, public seating, stages, and scaffolding shall be inspected by the Village Fire and Inspectional Services Departments.
   (C)   The sponsor of the circus or carnival must have all games inspected by the Village Police Department to assure that no game or part of a game involves gambling.
