§ 125.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person, firm, or corporation shall conduct or operate a circus or carnival in the village without first having secured a license therefor.
   (B)   Circus and carnival licenses shall be granted by the Board of Trustees, signed by the Village President, and issued by the Village Clerk.
