(A) No person, firm, partnership, corporation, or association shall engage in the business of contracting or subcontracting within the corporate limits of the village without having first registered and obtained a license and/or permit from the Department of Community Services and Development, Inspectional Services Division. (B) General contractors, contractors and subcontractors obtaining a license and/or permits from the village shall submit a list of person(s), firm(s), partnership(s), corporation(s), or association(s) engaging in any activities on the property during the duration of the license and/or permit.
