§ 122.34 DOCUMENTS.
   Upon approval and adoption of an ordinance by the Village Board, the Village Attorney shall cause the ordinance to be filed with the County Recorder of Deeds and the County Clerk. The Village Board shall also authorize and execute any and all other documents as may be necessary to effect the intents and purpose of the abatement ordinance.
