§ 121.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "FOOD." Includes beverages other than alcoholic liquor.
   "RESTAURANT." Includes any place where food or drink, other than alcoholic liquor, is prepared or served to the public for consumption on the premises.
