§ 118.03 INVESTIGATION AND ISSUANCE.
   After the Clerk receives the application, he shall direct the Building Inspector to investigate the premises named and described in the application for the purpose of determining the fitness and suitability of the premises from a sanitary standpoint. The Building Inspector shall transmit to the President and Board of Trustees the application together with his recommendation approving or disapproving the license. If the President and Board of Trustees is satisfied and if the applicant has complied and is in conformance with all the ordinances of the village, then on payment by the applicant to the Village Clerk of the license fee, the Clerk shall issue or cause to be issued a license to the applicant.
