(A) Any person, partnership, corporation, or other firm who desires a license to engage in the business of buying, selling, dealing in, or training dogs, cats, birds, fish, and other small animals used as household pets shall make written application to the Village Clerk.
(B) The application shall state the following items:
(1) The name of the applicant;
(2) The residence of the applicant;
(3) The location where the applicant intends to carry on his business as a dealer or trainer.
