Any license issued under the provisions of this chapter may summarily be revoked by the Village Clerk on a showing of falsification of registry information, and infraction of the particular terms of the license or of the terms of this chapter, or in the case of a licensee or his agents or employees refusing or evading such surveillance as may be necessary to ensure compliance with such terms. Upon revocation of a license, all fees paid in connection therewith shall be forfeited.
