§ 112.45 REVOCATION.
   The President, as Local Liquor Commissioner, may revoke any retail dealer's license for any violation of any provisions of this chapter, for any violation or misrepresentation of any material fact set forth in the application for license, or for violation of any state or federal law pertaining to the sale of alcoholic liquor. Revocation of or failure to obtain a state or federal license shall automatically revoke the village license.
